you should see MIKE STARR's gear collection. i was jamming with him back in 2000, and we went up to seattle and hung out. he had an entire basement full of gear, and he tried to GIVE me a custom guitar that Steve Vai had given him. Mike had about a DOZEN Spector basses that EVH had hooked him...

i used the 112x yesterday at a gig, and it gave me PLENTY of volume and thump for a 1x12 cab. i like it a LOT...think i'm gonna have to get another one..... :rock: i bet two of them would get me pretty close to a 4x12 kind of sound and feel....and fit into my hatchbak easier :lol: :LOL:

i bought a rebel 112x cab. after doing the research, and checking out all my options, it was the best sounding cab made out of the best sounding materials for the $$$$. and the stock speaker isn't too shabby. i'm gonna gig it for a while and let it break in, and see how it does for a few...

Mesa F-30 1x12 combo. sounded like ASS.....gain was crappy and thin. amp was noisy as fuck. i had to use it, it was supplied as backline on a gig. REALLY hated that little fucker :thumbsdown:
