I am looking for drum software, but I have no idea where to start or look.
I have a Focusrite Scarlett 2i4, a Korg Synth (MIDI), and the guitar will be going through my Suhr RLIR, and I use a Tech 21 Sansamp for the bass. I also have a few Radial Engineering Reampers and DI's around, as well...
Awesome! Totally dug it.
I have an Archon 25, and was just wondering if you had experience to compare and contrast with that and the MT15. The MT15 is definitely sounding pretty good.
I would like to try that Engl some time.
My Nitro (KT88) was down for a bit and I didn't get around to using it. I went through basic troubleshooting and a little bit deeper. Could not figure it out.
So I called Scott. I told him that I bought it used and did not expect much guidance but as always he is a great guy and I told him...
I have flipped LP and SG neck pickups for ever since I was turned onto it by an old friend a decade ago. Also I would switch to 500k pots, and different NOS PIO cap values. That is when my Les Pauls really woke up to what they are today.
I don't flip them on superstrat though. Never did as...
That will pound your chest for sure.
I have not played my Splawn KT88 Nitro for a while but it has tight and thump like a motherfucker. It liked the k85 cab a ton, but most speakers it didn't get along with for one reason or another.
I plugged the 25 in my Mesa recto cab and loved it. I also liked it a lot in the k85 cabs.
As far as mine in the combo, the Scumback was flat out amazing, especially as it comes with a t75 which is far from my favorite speaker
I have the 25watt and am really impressed with it. I ditched the t75 and dropped a Scumback in and she sounds great. The speaker swap was a huge gamechanger in the amp. Obviously a different circuit and output section but I was really impressed with the amp. When the world goes back to gigging...
I definitely am interested think my Spawns are nice and tight and have good punch and sound massive. Fryette is another one that I feel belongs there with the Splawn.
Never played a wizard or a mkii c++, probably will never own either though to be real.
Sounds great bro! Congrats on the acquisition.
Out of my price range but totally cool. I would love to play one someday though to experience the magic.
Congrats! ??
I shopped around and found a used Scumback M55 on Reverb for $120 shipped.
I installed it yesterday and DAMN! what an AMAZING difference. NIGHT AND DAY. Nice smooth mid and treble and much more full bottom end, and no fizz. Much much better.
Thanks everyone and of course Jim.
definitely. Honestly dig for a schematic and build it, it's pretty easy. Barring that if you can't find one from Egnater, you can have one built. But I would expect it would be rather pricey. I have built them for amps I don't have them for.
I have had two VH140C die on me. I know some are great, I wonder if there is a better year or period of manufacture. Tbh if I would love one if I knee I could trust it.
