Most definitely will.
Just play clean with zero effects or gain for a week and note the difference. Shit, practice on an Acoustic with 12 gauge strings and note the difference when you hop back on an electric.
I tend to stretch my wrist back and use some compression if the pain lasts several days.
When I'm in dire need of relief, I use extra strength Tiger Balm. It smells horrible but it does the trick for me. I keep some in the case just in case I need it during jams/gigs.
Ubermetaldood: That's one of the coolest things I've seen in a long time. I've been trying to figure out what to do when I move in my new place to store gear and record!
JTyson: Goddamn is that impressive!
I want to see/hear this record in it's complete form. Sure the lyrics are dated, but at least they're intelligible. Half of the shit that's out there now is utter garbage (pop mostly) that lacks structure and imagination.

I used to love SAT with BE engaged. I use mostly C45 with BE then hit HBE for boost/solos. Fat is cool with Humbuckers if the bass is turned down a bit.

What I mean't to say is this. I think if it's a core thing, then there's nothing wrong with that. Sometimes pedals, etc. can hinder growth. Imagine if someone is the type of player that hides behind effects and gain because...
Right. Friggin. Now!

My first 'good' guitar was a Memphis LPC copy. I loved the hell out of it. I've always wanted a real LPC.
Unfortunately not.
I've played some cool ones but I've never had that moment where I've really connected with a guitar. I'm hoping that it happens soon.
So many.
Extreme (Pornograffiti)

Queen (A Night At The Opera, Queen, The Game)
Van Halen (1, WACF, Fair Warning)
Led Zeppelin (3, House of The Holy)
Blue Murder
Joni Hendrix (Electric Ladyland)
What really did it for me was Brad's solo...
