Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2 Plus, got it a couple of years ago. I think it comes with a cable that reverse the polarity but i've never used it. Works like a charm, never had any issues with it.
If i want 18 volts, i have to combine two 9 volts outputs together though.
Joking aside, serial # close to 19000 instead of K xxx. I wonder if there is a lot of them without the K serial #? If so, there is maybe more of them on the market than we think.

This, if you like the dual don’t sell it. You might not like the triple as much. I had both at the same time Dual F & Triple F. I liked the dual better.
I don't know why some of your power tubes are mislabeled, i've never experience something like this. You clearly have 4 Ruby 6L6 GCMSTR in the amp.
Ruby - 6L6 GCMSTR
Ruby - EL34 BHT
All power tubes in your amp are 6L6's, some are just mislabeled as EL34's. I also noticed that the last tube on the right doesn't look aligned like the others. You should check if the guide key is broken on that one just to be safe. Anyway it wouldn't hurt if you change them.
I had the Blackouts AHB-1, 2 and 3. I've never tried the Jeff Loomis to compare, but from what you are describing i thought the EMTY would be the better fit. At this point, the original is the best option.
My point is, the progressive change in feel and tone of the rectos over the first years happened because of some tweaks they made to their circuit boards (revisions), not because they ran out of the remaining Mark III transformers. Urban legends that's all, nothing special about those Mark III...
The Rev C & D behave/respond like the Mark series because of the circuit, not the trannys. My old Rev C had a blown transformer that Mesa changed for a later Rev G tranny. Compared my C & D many times side by side, no difference except the Rev C was a lot brighter like it should be.
