Sure ? I play mainly all sorts of metal in E, D and B tunings with different guitars. VH2 base tone is always in the right range, just fine tuning with the tone-stack, deep and presence, OD in front sometimes. The two master volumes have slightly different midrange, which expands the tonal range...

According my own experience, the VH2.ch2 is having the same DNA as VH4.ch3, but with wider gain and tone range. First I had VH4, then VH2, change was easy and right move for my style and needs.

Mainly ch3 and ch4. I had VH4 module for synergy preamp and it didn't sound similar to my VH4, until I connected it to my Diezel power amp. Presence and Deep control affect a lot.

Are there brand new Mini VHs already available somewhere?

It is VH2 in a smaller scale, channels according to it; 1st is clean (to crunch with gain), 2nd is dirty.

Any news on this VH Mini, when it will be available via Thomann? Price tag around 1k5EUR?

Just for a curiosity; what do those new SW releases really do? Just updrades to effects or ...? The signal chain including tubes etc. should be "SW free" and thus the Diezel magic should be there all the time unchanged?

I would say 16 Ohm each: in stero modes (A and B) 2x speakers in parallel -> 16/2 = 8 Ohm in mono mode 2x stero modes in series -> 16/2 + 16/2 = 16 Ohm.

Is your cab 2x12" or 4x12" ? What are the back plate impedance markings ?

Could you please leak us some pics :D On top of some other Diezel to get the comparable perspective.

As Leo has indicated, both VHX and VH Mini use similar technology for IR signal, i.e. no real load to the power amp? My question is, that how do the Presence and Deep knobs together with the power amp tubes and their bias affect to the IR equipped Line OUT or Phones OUT sound? Are those sounds...

For the IR; is there still the reactive load, which interacts with the power amp? Or is there a similar "emulation" as in VHX?

What´s the situation with VH Mini? Are we getting it during 2020? Price, specs, ...?
