All I can say is I was the take my money comment lol
Dave is a class act all around, awesome that he brought Marisol in to do this as he could have easily made it the Friedman Jose and not given up a dime.
Owned a V and a VII... the VII hands down. The lower wattage Vs sound much better than the full size (I also owned a V:25 for a bit). The V always almost sounded great... the VII just sounded great period.
Congratulations on the promotion and good luck with the new position.
Makes me glad I grabbed as many of your pickups as I did while I had the chance :D
Please, for all the people talking about components, enlighten us with which components in the original IIC+ are no longer available.
The only thing I can think of is if it used vactrols for channel switching as the original company doing them stopped making them because they're not a great...
I haven't seen an actual listing for one yet, they've all been presold based on what the dealers have on order. I was on the list at Sweetwater and expecting one sometime in December but saw Matt's Music post they got one that wasn't spoken for and jumped on it. Should be here tomorrow.
That's entirely possible... The current Synergies are from the former US manufacturer of the Sozos. My statement above was from what Dave has said as well, I just thought the NextGens were after the US manufacturer stopped producing for them.
The old Sozos and the Synergies are literally the exact same caps. Sozo didn't pay their manufacturer and Synergy took over their contract. The NextGen are the replacement caps Sozo came up with.
So funny "fact" from a shady dealer that tried to sell me a spot for one of these in "maybe January or February"
According to this joker these aren't shipping and Bogner hasn't built any amps yet, just the prototypes... so clearly your amps from Sweetwater don't exist.
I love guys that just...
