I have a few books of scales but it never clicks with me. It’s like I know the scales but I can’t use them. Doesn’t make sense I know. I guess knowing the scales is different from being able to creative use them. For me at least.

Once I got a modeler, I sold all my amps and cabs. There is a bit of fell that is missing to me but love the e portability and tone from modelers!

I’ve been using a 59/Custom hybrid lately for metal and it works great! I’m about to install a JB soon and see how that works and I’ve also used a TB-5 Custom which is a great pickup!
