Did the black face mod. Installed a mecury magnetics output transformer and choke. Thing sounds crazy good. It sounded great before but sounds a little bit clearer and the notes just bloom out of this girl a bit better now. The choke I believe made her a whole lot quieter and a bit thicker.

The savage is one of my favorite amps. It hold together with extremly low tunings if your into that kinda thing. One of the very few amps no boost is nessary to remain tight under this condition from a mass engineered amp at this time. But the new Randall stuff sounds very promising for that...
