Sam Ash has been having some killer deals on Gibson. Got a 2012 Traditional mahogany satin (worn brown) for 1050 shipped brand new. I also got within 4 days of placing order.

Like Mr. Fortin recommends Dan Gower in the U.K. Otherwise Brian at Bfg in the states is awesome.

I did and sounds really good the thing about with the Kemper and profiling is that Mic placement does come into play. When I did my first profiles I didnt really take the time to do it corectly so some didnt come out as good as they should have. The kemper though does have a really good eq and...

Yep the sub has got some influence for sure. Ill do one with out it tonight after work so you can hear the difference. Still sounds great but with the ISP there is a little more omph...

Really not too much tweaking the mids down a click or two and the presence up a click or two and that it. That profile to me is great.

It is a powered sub and does have a cross over, your right about recording, but man in sounds brutal in the man cave... :rock:

It is being powered by a VHT 2/90/2 through a mesa recto slant and a ISP sub. The profile used was Pete's number 7 Fortin JVM.

Man blues for me is really my favorite type of music. All though I love Metal always have and always will, but hearing a really good blues player is what I love the most. I have so many great blues artists but some of my favorites are Jimi that dude and what he did with his fender and marshalls...

I was but ended up leaving them in. Replaced the caps with Orange drops .15 neck and a .22 bridge and it really did make a difference for me. I love em now.
