George L's are great, but use an exacto knife and take care to cut them straight. If you do a sloppy job, you'll get nothing but noise and drop outs.

This is going to be the biggest selling pedal of the year! I hope they are making enough of them to meet the demand. :rock:

The Aphex Exciter with Big Bottom is fantastic for bass! The Big Bottom doesn't really help with guitar. The Aural Exciter side, used sparingly, can do some nice things for guitar, but you need to have the frequency knob set fully counter clockwise to touch the high mids. It doesn't touch...

Totally the Napster thing! It's like "When I was a kid it was cool to share music!" 20 years later "Hey, these kids are sharing my music!" Don't get me wrong, I understand the whole situation, I just thought it was too funny not to "share." : )

I don't care for this clip, but I've played the amp with its matching cab and it's amazing! I played it with a Suhr SSV in the bridge and Gibson Burstbucker in the neck. I think much of the compression is coming from the pickups used in this clip. Personally I don't think the JJ does this tone...

I tried a set in my basswood guitar and hated them! Just dull and lifeless. Guys with Les Pauls seemed to have better results.
