normally, I would say mod it. Seeing how you love it already though, I would leave it alone. I've seen too many times when adding something as simple as an fx loop, changes the character of the amp, for better or worse.
preaching to the choir brother. I literally went through that for years. There are amps I would kill to get back now, because I know they sounded AMAZING on those certain days.
Edit: after measuring a couple years ago, I found my power could fluctuate between 115V and 124V. You can...
My buddy plays live consistently with his band, and loves it as well. I can imagine it's a godsend for clubs where Uncle Billy wired the electronics from the fuse box.
I had the new Brownie for a couple weeks. It doesn't have the range or precision of the big brother BB, but it can take you...
Went through that for years. You can get a cheap voltage monitor from Walmart under 10 bucks. You might be surprised. I went through the same thing, then got a Black Lion voltage regulator. I haven't had one inconsistent day since with sound. Playing your mileage may vary.
hell yeah man, it's an art to get stuff synched up like that with separate tracks. Gotta be clean and consistent to make tracks sound like one track, with that natural chorus effect from different takes. Sounded killer.
if you are just storing it, I wouldn't worry about it unless you are keeping them face down. Sideways, vertical, etc..., anything other than laying upside down or vertical against the face. You don't want the guitar weight pushing against the strings.
hmm, that's interesting, I didn't know that about Bogner and Mesa. I can say from getting a couple old Marshall 1960 cabs, the baffles were screwed in hand-tight when I checked them. Must have rattled out over the years. I didn't notice losing anything sound wise after buttoning everything up...
jokes people can handle, whining about politics already has a place in Off Topic. That way you don't have to read about it if you aren't looking to engage.
meh, that's no fun, you're too good a sport. And flingin it don't count.
agree with fek, I wouldn't mess with it if you love it already. When it inevitably needs something serviced, then I would decide on mods. Those things are an awesome boost platform, you get a lot of flavors that way.
