Your cosign is what made me pull the trigger. I'm really pleased with the pickup. It's clear up top with distortion, they chug just fine and tight. I'm not using this guitar for any cleans, so I didn't even play it clean lol. But no one is buying this guitar for its clean tones.

These were posted by MF twice recently and I scooped one for my friend. I recently unboxed it and played it through my Marshall DSL and it sounded great. I was pleasantly surprised with the ESP pickup and the matte black looks great in person. Next time these pop up, I might grab one for myself.

That’s an interesting predicament. Have you considered either of these factors: Nylon vs. steel strings Nut width Classical guitars will be strung with nylons and usually have a wider nut than most electrics and steel-string acoustics.

Yes. My understanding is that you’re gonna want two outputs from the Helix (left and right) going into both inputs of the Scarlett.

The little dots on the top of the neck are usually good enough for me. My classical guitar doesn’t have any so I added tape on the top of the neck lol. So since we’re already derailed, can I see some fretless guitars please?

I’ve been loving my new-to-me Schecter 006. Any of those older Schecters with SDs or EMGs can sometimes be found for 300-400. That’s a steal in my book. Same goes for the ESP LTD EC-401 and 1000s. Yamaha Revstar. Stirling Albert Lee.
