I have a Block Letter with all original preamp and power tubes (Peavey Super 6 and 7 I think is what’s written on them). I’m the 3rd owner and I’m surprised they still work after all these years. I’ve tried tube rolling but always end up back with the originals. One of these days I should take...

If they had done this with a 50W or 100W I would get one. Maybe they release a 50W with one slot and a 100W with 2 slots. Really this just needs a 2nd module slot and a full size tube and it'd be perfect.

Post the graphs of the impedance curve and we’ll but the judge of it.

I’ll stick with my Fryette. Whoever is the first to make a loadbox with multiple curves via a hardware switch (not simulated) will be my next purchase. Fractal has one but it’s just okay. I could live with a V30 and Greenback only.

I want to know more about the loadbox impedance curve. Is there more than one? Are they selectable?

Interesting….I wonder what the setup is. I use a modeler for the IR and effects but I would love to use a noise gate after the line out but before the input to the modeler/DAW. For now I just run it in the loop of my amp but I have to switch it out when changing amps.

I wish the loop was incorporated unit the kind out but sadly it’s only usable on the power amp side.
