Anyone have experience using these vs 12AX7's? I'm kicking around the idea of trying them in my EVH 50 watter, which (to my uses) has silly amounts of gain, even at lower levels. TIA.

Lack of determination and perseverance is what it boils down to for me. In retrospect it wouldn't have been a life I'd have wanted for an extended period of time anyhow.

hmm. Badmotorfinger is about 50x the album that Nevermind is. Jump is one of the worst VH songs ever. That's really all I can think of at the moment.

I'd say that mid level gear will sell just as well on CL, and you don't need to deal with shipping or pp cuts. High end gear gets sold here because this crowd tends to be interested in that sort of thing. *shrug* It does require patience though. Some things I've sold in minutes, others...
