Hey guys, Here's a little trick that takes the DI of the 6505MH from sounding super muddy and fuzzy to clear and aggressive. Let me know what you think and if this helps you! :D KjlIE9pW7oU

    Bareknuckle pickups question

Really love the bareknuckle ragnaroks, but I wish I could find something that shows the EQ that they use? Anybody know where I could find something like that? I'm thinking of how Seymour Duncan has their 3 band EQ's posted on their website.

Mesa Rectifier guys: help give me advice

What type of music do you play? I actually have the same feeling about the rectos. I play alot of modern metal and I usually turn on my Mark V or 6505 before the recto. but lately I have been on a recto kick when I jam at home. What works for me lately are these settings: Run the Maxon with...

What is the best lunch box size amp???

I am really enjoying the Peavey 6505MH. On the 5 watt setting, it has amazing liquid lead tones and it's not too loud for home use. The direct out for recording sounds awesome when you turn the presence way up. Still gets loud enough for a hard hitting drummer.

    Mesa Rectifier Vintage Mode?

Anybody out there know what the Rectifier Vintage setting is based on? I can get some Mark-ish sounds with this setting, but was unsure if Mesa ever said which Mark amp inspired that setting?

    Mesa pedals question

So I have a Mesa single rectifier at home that I love. It's so loud though, and if I want to practice for a while, it gets annoying for other people in the house. I really want to find something I can run into the front of my little practice amp that can give me that Mesa mark IV sound. Now I...

The Satan sounds pretty mean. It would definitely be a good choice.

    Orange Rockerverb 50, my take.

I actually have the solid state version of the rockerverb (CR120). I have no issue cutting through. Maybe it is the tubes? I know El34's cut through really well. I try and compensate for the solid state build with a tube screamer and it punches through very well. I am the only guitar player in...

Orange Dark Terror Added To The Stable, Love it!

Awesome amp man, Im glad you like it. I prefer it to most big heads, except I like to have a clean channel for the kind of music i play. Sick setup though dude

tiny terror vs micro terror or dual terror???

I have the micro terror, and I run it through a cheap Bugera 2x12. It's definitely loud enough to jam with, even at half volume. But if you want cleans, or more punch, i would say Dual Terror. The micro terror is great for rolling back the volume on your guitar for cleans, but it won't be...
