Though they aren't Amercian made - Kramer era NS-2A is in that price range I think & Charvel model series - 3B (neck through) are sleeper basses.
Otherwise you can get in many P or J Fenders for that price
Twin guitar bands for me. I was always the 2nd lead guy, never the primary lead player... loved locking in with my bassist and drummer, and giving the better lead player a platform to work off of.
Loved doing harmony & tradeoff stuff as well.
Condolences. He was one of "the" guys back in the 80's that brought guitar instruction into the modern age - a huge upgrade from the old Mel Bay books.
yes - I'm ancient.
RIP
I always wished they'd remaster the Racer X stuff with the tones on this disc.. absolutely killer playing & production. That end lead run in "tell me why" just rips my face off each and every time I hear it - such clean playing.
Always loved Bruce's bluesier feel to compliment Paul. Another guy...
Possible - i was there. I remember being disappointed & shocked.
Bon Jovi was tighter as a unit... Blotzer was drunk or high off his ass & his tempos were not great, and Pearcy was.. well Pearcy.
The guitar duo of Torch and King were amazing though.
There are plenty of hunting destinations in the US - not sure where you are located but there are hog hunts down south, or any number of exotics to hunt.
If he has that much guns & ammo - a day at the range.
See if he needs a specific scope (long range, night vision, or a spotting scope).
Or a Shotkam - they're fun
Snap it up at that price. That’s about half of what they usually go for.
I have 2.. huge sounding 2x12.
Well made too.
Very similar to to Bogner oversized 2x12.. same dimensions I think, but speaker mount is different ?
Sounds damn good to me - great playing & great tone.
My ears aren't all that great anymore, but I think Sykes tone is a bit rounder sounding. I "think" he was using 65 watt Celest ions
But this sounds great!
