I much preferred the metal corners in the old ones (aesthetically speaking). I am confident they will sound just as good as the old ones and with less noise and a more modern FX loop.

I want to buy one of these Scott Dixon Triple row cases but I will need to store for quite some time some Gibson Customs and since they're all finished in nitro I was wondering if the inside foam/padding of these cases is "nitro-friendly" or not... I have previous experience with plastic stands...
