Theoretically wouldn't you move the mic back about the same distance as the thickness of the front baffle when recording the front-mount speaker? Otherwise the mic will always be closer to the speaker on front-mounts, hence the whole "punchier/brighter" descriptions that people often claim.

Since you already have several Bogner V30/GB cabs, why not just convert one of them to the 30/75 ubercab specs. A couple t75 would be much cheaper than a whole new cab. You could convert one to the 30/75 mix, and then also buy a new K100 cab for something totally different. Best idea right there.

Super2 in the neck is actually quite good as a shred-lead pickup to balance well with an X2N or even an Invader. If you want a neck that does nice cleans look elsewhere. Even other ceramic necks can do much better than the Super2 for versatility.

If you simply remove the solid center shim from under your OFR 2-5 saddles, then it is instantly a 12" radius bridge. IMO that is plenty close enough to never need modding.
