Do you guys find potting negatively affect tone...or does it reduce the need for a noise gate by controlling high gain squeal....i am getting squeals on my lighly potted wcr pus and am using the isp to knock it down...will potting fix this?

I love my quad of BM75's too. I go the BM75 LHDC 65watters. To me they have most of the core M75 tone but have an extra bite on top that puts it imbetween a M75 and H75. I wonder if anyone has mixed BM's and M's? I am running the BE100 W/D/W with an eventide eclipse and two Mesa...
