I’m in the minority who likes the way they look.
I played a handful of them years ago when you’d see used ones around in shops from time to time, always enjoyed the chance to do so.

I’ve used “Mesa” tubes in their amps for years, because they are a solid choice. They also cost twice as much as they once did, so I’ll use something else next time I need a set.
Analogman Sunface into Suhr SL67 is a sound I wish I’d discovered years ago. I can even fake it decently enough using a bluesbreaker pedal into a low volume clean amp, after the fuzz.
