Yes, this is the best recto sim out there, period!

Just tried the free demo for the sim. It is pretty awesome! I'm going to use this in addition to the ML Soundlabs Recto. Thanks for the heads up!

    School me on Bogner amps

Owned a 20th Anniversary Ecstasy w/ 6L6s. It's one of my favorite amps ever. It is extremely versatile, very usable gain at high levels and the Bogner chew.

Eddie Van Halen - I'm the one (Isolated guitar) FULL SONG

I LOVE that riff! I have been stuck on 90% playing that riff with the right amount of swing for over 30 years now. Eddie was special that way. That being said, my favorite album tone of his is VH II.

Best "feeling" electric guitar you've ever played?

Love my Anderson Bulldog (now the Bobcat)! It is my #2 and will be part of my coffin when I die along with my Drop Top.

Best "feeling" electric guitar you've ever played?

I am in 100% agreement here. I have five and they all play and feel the way you described it. My first is still my #1. I plan to have it broken down and used in the making of my coffin when I die!(y) Obligatory picture:

Took a peek down the Fractal rabbit hole... considering a major change now.

The Fractal stuff is really good and I have loved having their products for the past couple of years. I originally had an Axe-FX III but switched to the FM9 about two years back. It is a very good unit and does everything I need in comparison to the III. I actually bought a second one to leave...

Best replacement for a Floyd 1000?

I have had the OFR on two of my Andersons for over 10 years. Rock solid with zero issues! The only thing I upgraded were the springs as they were little noisy. I bought the Floyd Rose noiseless springs and they are perfection for me...

    The IIC+reissue goes live Dec. 3rd. $3599

I owned a Mesa Boogie IIC+ back in the mid 2000s. Loved it but didn't think it was heads and shoulders above the IV by any means. Here are a couple of clips I recorded of my IIC+. Let me know if you have any questions!

    Jake E Lee shot

Well...he does live in the Ultimate Sin city... In all seriousness, good vibes and mojo sent his way. Controversial take but he is my favorite Ozzy guitarist. I am not saying he's the best...just my favorite in terms of playing and stage performance.

    Let's talk 3rd Power amps

They all have plenty of gain. From what I have seen and heard, the Dragon sounds phenomenal. I have the Kitchen Sink, which is the evolution from the Citizen Gain. I love my Kitchen Sink and I never have to boost it. Here are a couple of live clips of my amp. Plenty of gain and cuts through the...
