I use the EB Not Even Slinkys (.012 to .056) in C standard on Eclipses. I'd probably be fine with it a half-step lower in B standard. I'm able to get the .056 to string through a Sperzel, though I usually have to make sure it's a pretty clean cut on the end of the string before threading it.
