DiMarzio Norton, so around 12. No boosts, just amp gain, and less gain than you'd think. I can get a fairly clean crunch from close miking and technique. Too much gain and boost ends up too muddy for me when I record. Typically mahogany w/ maple bodied guitars.

If I can hear the string noise in the clip, I don't feel like I can really trust what the amp sounds like. But I'd recommend trying to listen in one of the HD settings. There's a pretty drastic difference in the audio quality between the 480p and 720 or 1080.

I bought an inexpensive used E-II Eclipse. There were a few things I thought could have been nicer (chipped inlay, string slots all shifted toward the high E on the nut) but by and large, it feels more like my ESP Standard Eclipses than any EC-1000 I've played. Probably not a custom shop...

I think it's essentially half-Gemini, half-Colossus. I have a clean channel (that the Fusion guy uses in his demo) and the two lead channels from the Colossus, but with the shaping ability of the Gemini. And the crunch channel (ch 2) of the Colossus is actually hidden in the lead 2 channel. But...

I bought based on GSXR's videos, too. I went Artemis II, just based on my effort to keep gig setup simple. Very happy with the amp and Kyle was awesome to work with.

The JB/59 combo is the other stock option. I've gone with a Norton/36th Anniversary PAF combo in a few, but the Norton is too low mid focused for some.
