My 5150II that was one of the first to be shipped to Europe. I've paid a lot of my college expenses playing it in clubs. After having it for around 14 years, I've sold it
Had an Einstein, then a Hagen, sold the Hagen and got me the VH4. Kept the VH4 and got the Hagen again :D Have other amps but the Diezels are those that get the most use. They record amazingly and always cause great impression in live gigs. As for the fuzzy some mention, sorry but have never...
Spot on. You won the thread!
He deleted all his posts in this thread, which was reasonable. This looks like a type of mental collapse typical of a certain Mr R that we all know...
Man I'm sorry for you. I really do, I see that you did put time and effort in playing fast, and you're looking desperately for reward. You are in the wrong place, folks here are chill and musical. You should have learnt that going the acrobatics way works if you're a Jason Becker a Malmsteen et...
He's desperate to get views and that someone writes here how amazing he is. He even said that I am challenging him to show off. Such guys can commit suicide when they see the 12 year old Asian playing 3 notes per string faster than them. One has to be careful with these dudes...
Btw, trying to...
Nice man!
Cool that someone notices that overtone as well. I also notice it in some reviews of his amp, the guitar world one has some similar overtone going on. Have no clue why. Maybe someone that knows a good deal about tube amps can chime in?
Did I even mention my taste somewhere? I think that statements as "the best is/are" are a bit silly in the context of arts. Maybe in weight lifting contests and such they make sense, not in the world of arts... imho
I don't have a favorite guitar player, I have many, from many genres.
True, not very popular, I think mostly due to bad marketing. But there was also a decrease in quality when they went from being made in Korea to made in China. I think that this did put a lot of folks looking for similar amps at other brands. Enjoy!
Great tone!
I wonder when the guys from two notes will implement the 44 kHz on the live. I am disliking more and more the live because it does not have that sample rate. There's a lot of folks complaining but the two note guys don't want to listen
It is just a matter of not scooping the mids. The mids of the vh4 are pretty wideband when compared to other amps. And quite dynamical when interacting with the bass and treble. Just recorded this clip with a mesa std cab and a sm57 to show this. First take everything at noon with mids little...
