Nice! I played my 5150II with only a tuner and a short delay for the solos for years. For me nothing beats the guitar direct to the amp and amp to a cab. Though have been experimenting with the two notes torpedo live as mic replacement and I really like it especially because there is no mic bleed.
Thanks a lot guys! It was not dimed, the volume was around 4 on the bright channel. Have been listening to a lot of Blackmore lately indeed :) I am quite impressed with the cleans of this amp.
So I've got it today, new, and am quite happy with the purchase. Great tone out of the box, classic sounds galore. Though, I am amazed at how close to the plexi the channel 2 of the VH4 sounds with el34 power tubes. Recorded a test with the Marshall into the two notes torpedo - yt link below if...

I agree that the comments on his English are unnecessary. People should instead bash him for the awful coffee drinking noises that he makes while speaking to the camera in his yt videos :aww:

The 100 W version is a great amp but the mini hasn't convinced me from clips and after I've tested it. My description of the mini is very similar to yours. The 100 W version though, is another kind of beast...
You mentioned now the circle of 5ths in two threads here. Is that your highest intellectual achievement or what? Btw why are you being a douche to the folks in this forum that actually keep it quite friendly to the community? Ah, trollz gonna trolla, right...
Check which kind of output you get from the Amp and to which kind of input you are connecting it in your mixer. It can be a balanced-unbalanced mismatch kind of issue.
Since I have been getting some messages in rigtalk about some videos that I've posted before asking about the VH4 settings, signal chains and what the VH4 can do etc (btw thanks for the kind words by some of you guys :) ) I thought of leaving here two links for two mini-albums (metal/heavy...
