Sorry, too much coffee and I replied for every time this topic came up that I didn't reply. A good parallel loop is a great convenience feature and certainly praise the loops on the MOD50. I should of asked how you would use the loop first.

An effects loop is pointless and that's why it was removed. A series loop is redundant of course as its the same as putting effects between the output of the M4 (pre amp) and the power amp. I'm guessing you want the parallel loop to run time based FX in parallel? If thats the case, why limit...

No, its basically the new Fryette LXII 1RU amp with some additional features to compliment the MTS gear. The word is Fryette will manufacture the E1 & E2 preamps as well. :rock:

Where is the Master volume set? If you haven't tried it, crank the Master on that channel and use the the Gain to get where you need volume wise. Edit: Actually,it would help if you posted all your settings.

I realize this is an old thread but carpet is about the worst thing you could use for acoustic treatment. Please say you didn't carpet over a concrete floor!

Pigtronics Infinity looper. It has a direct signal path so it won't mess with your tone, the multiplier feature is very useful, it looks cool and doesn't take up much space.
