Quad always sounded a bit sterile compared to the Mark 4 I f I remember, I think you could get away with a bit more Bass on the quad. As we all know, you cannot run the Bass more than 2 on the knob. That's where the graphic EQ comes into play/ Does the one you got come with the MIDI in/out...
