Rick is just….different. I have all the amps in question. The SK has decent compression in a good way. Great modded Marshall tone. Tons a gain and upper mids. The Wizards have thump and clarity for days. I think blending the SK and MTL would be amazing. All frequencies would be covered...- Tone Monster

I can confirm that they are not the same. I had a studio preamp that was modded to IIC+ specs years ago. Even that sounded like shit.- Tone Monster
