i had an early 90's American Standard & Converted it to a Single Hum/Single Volume with an EMG 85 & man i miss that guitar.

I agree 100%. I hate when the low end is so tight it's clinical sounding. It makes some guitar lines sound thin IMO.

it's been gridlock since yesterday. I'm 4 hours south of Tampa but have lots of friends in that area & it took a friend of mine 10 hours to get to Georgia.

I have a Marshall 1960BHW with the Heritage G12H30's. I'm Considering swapping the 2 bottom speakers & I was wondering what would be a good pair to use in place of the current speakers. I'm essentially doing my own version of the Friedman Cab.
