Is it ridiculously versatile live where to an audience member they would think you actually have 3 or 4 different Amps there ? A little off topic but you can also get it singing or screaming at much lower Volumes than Tube Heads ?

Score them with a knife . Do NOT hold them in place with your hand when scoring them . Hold in place with pliers a fork, etc. Do NOT hold them down with your hand. Make nice little lines, not too deep, criss cross etc.

One of my tricks for serious recording is to sometimes mic the studio Monitors and record it on a parallel track. You can hear why this sometimes works, lol.
