His shredding is maybe sloppy, but it's interesting. It comes out amazing at times, in a way that no other player can convey. Kerry King is sloppy too but not in the same way as Vernon. I like Kerry King too.
Love Living Colour so much. The first three records are awesome. Vernon Reid definitely can play and has developed his own style moreso than many other wannabe shredders. Saw them in Paris some years ago they were great !
Beautiful V ! Didn't know it existed in that config. Love the Les paul-like controls and neck binding/block markers. Looked up for one on Reverb immediately... HOLY SHYTE THE PRICE ...
I like audio stuff. It's not a listening room it's my living room. I put on records on the turntables as soon I get home. Been buying records since a long time, before it was fashionable and expensive. Decades of buying makes a lot of records in the end. I bought a lot when it was cheap, 25...

Good news is broken ribs is minor injury with no risk of serious consequences of any kind. Bad news is it's gonna hurt like hell for awhile and then it can (not always) hurt less but for a long time. Friend of mine broke ribs while biking and the last pain remains took three years to completely...
For info, I bought a trans-ebony (nice M2M finish) Axcess Custom for $4K two years ago in a store in Cali. It was a new model, advertised as used, I guess because they were selling below MAP price. $7.3K is almost double that !
The parking lot concert is totally awesome. Seen him live earlier this year, he's still incredible, no matter what the haters say. My favorite guitarist right now ! Of course, I like also Holdsworth, Greg Howe, Nuno, Malmsteen etc. but they are either dead or old or inactive. Zakk is still a...
Saw them live at the Melkweg in Amsterdam in 1997, high as a kite. One of my most metal memories. We were strolling aimlessly around the city center with my girlfriend, smoking doobies after doobies all afternoon when, by total chance, I saw a poster on a wall announcing the concert that very...
