I have a VH4 and a VHX. The VHX has more body than the VH4. You can't go wrong with the VHX, IMHO.

I usually run my Diezel VH4 thru a V30s & K100s combination, but I've been using the VH4 at home trough my Marshall 1960A with T75s, and it sounds excellent.

All my main Ibanez RGD guitars have EMG 81-x bridge pickups. My 7 stings have EMG 81-7x bridge pickups. The X series blows away the older 81. Way more headroom, crystal clear, not sterile, If you haven't tried the 81-x, you are missing out on EMG's best pickup. IMHO

It is no problem at all, Peter. It was the distributor, not you guys. I also think the universe just wanted me to work really hard for this particular amp. The VHX is really the perfect amp for me. I'm in total love with it. And I love my VH4 too. I'm a Diezel SuperFan for life!
