I bet there are some great in-person teachers in Nashville. Tyler Larsen has a great online course that you can try for free. He shares a lot of the things he learned from Berklee. He also lives in Nashville now.

I tried the Softtube Marshall suite once and it was pretty good but still preferred TH-U and Amplitube over it. They were offering it at $19 then for that suite. That's a great deal.. but Amplitube is the best deal of all... plus it has a lot of tools for practicing, including recording...

I cannot find any good tones in Tonex. I have the software version. I like Amplitube 5 more. All I do is waste time trying to find a model I like but never find one.
