The WGS Invader is one of my favorite speakers. I have a cab loaded with one Invader, 2 ET65s and a Reaper.. sounds great. It is one of those Marshall 1960 Stereo cabs so I was testing one side against the other with the ETs on the bottom and ended up liking them all together.

My eye opening moment is when I watched this recent video... plus the JVM models on my Fractal were my favorites for a while:

Yeah, I agree.. my SS poweramp sounds the best with it into a cab.

I've done the same with power amps, tube amp returns and cabs and can't tell the difference.

I have heard from people who have tried both that the Axe sounds better into a power amp compared with Synergy. Plus you have all those high quality effects.. and in stereo if you want it.

If these ever get back in stock, I'm hoping to get one.

Which Morris would be best for 80s Hard Rock and Metal in the style of Ratt, Dokken, Queensryche, ACDC, etc?

I thought it was funny that it ended up at GC and that is how they found it. Gets stolen somehow and thankfully the thief went to sell it at GC. Then hits the WWW where it can be discovered again.

I had this problem on one guitar and it was because the ground wire wasn't connected properly to the bridge... it actually came off and was hard to solder back on but once I did solder it back on, the buzz was gone completely. Didn't have to keep touching the strings or metal to get it to...

I started at MetalMethod's forum around 2000 and soon joined Stetina's forums because I had just started guitar and was using their methods. I also joined IBreatheMusic's forums. I really enjoyed it at these forums and remember finding HC but never spent much time there for some reason.

I don't remember ever seeing anything from or about these two guys at TGP but they are the two that have resigned since VerticalScope took over 2 months ago.. As far as I know this VSAdmin guy is brand new to the forum as he is a VS employee admin-ing all their forums. Seems to me VS has chased...

This new guy is paid by the company that bought them out and modding like 20 something sites.. he ain't got time for games and he's being way more lenient. Even the tariff thread is still running. Someone got my new Marshall thread deleted right before the take over because some loser was...

Just did a search by date for "Guitar" in all forums on threads older than 01/01/2007 and the oldest that came up was from June 2006.
