I wasn't going to cut.. just fill with dust & cyanoacrylate.. for the binding I was going to try acetone and some off-white material I have lying around (either a piece of old TUSQ nut, or aged plastic, but i think that may turn whiter when I melt it) It was like that when i got the guitar and...

Funny you say that I did a one-off gig with him about 15 years ago (cool, funny guy)... let me play his prototype Parker Fly at the time. I almost shit myself when he had me hook up his rig.. it was off the cuff, random... it would have been NIGHTMARE to try to find out where the signal cut...

Way back in the Dokken days (at least on the ULAK tour), he was already rocking the Lynch Mob picks, which referred to his guitarist fans. I do know he caught flack on the name in recent years, most notably from Vernon Reid

Any luthier/repair guys have a small piece of scrap ebony they'd be willing to sell/ship? I have a fingerboard I need to repair a small crack/cut in, and I was going to use the sawdust/glue method. Figured I'd try here before buying any Thanks
