    Which creamback? Or other recommendations

I had some G12H-75 creambacks in an X Pattern with Mesa 60W V30s. I could have gotten away with 65W Creamies, but I still really enjoyed the mix. Big aggression on with the V30s and nice round off with the creambacks.

FINAL WARNING READ THE ENTIRE OP!!! AROUND 40 OF YOU ARENT SIGNED UP EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU ARE

Nothing insane. Just a hipshot hard tail. I've been drooling over Jeff Loomis' sig hard tail. Tune-o-matic bridges feel like my hand is too far off the body. I can never get comfortable playing them.

FINAL WARNING READ THE ENTIRE OP!!! AROUND 40 OF YOU ARENT SIGNED UP EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU ARE

Same thing I voted for. I'd like to see a RRV without a tune-o-matic or floyd.

Being the Lowballer Douche Bag (Brand Revealed)

Have a bunch of friends send him lowball offers of $500-750. Give it a few days and swoop in with the $900-1000 offer and grab that guitar.

    Tell me about 4x12 cabs

I love the PPC412 straight cab, older ones. I've had a handful that always sounded massive. I recently had a PPC412-AD, angled. It sounded really ice-picky. Too much high end and just washed out. Turned out Orange is using Chinese V30s on their newer cabs, and mine was a USA made one. I wouldn't...

    Caparison Price Drop - Sweetwater

I used to really like Caparison guitars. I've had a ton over the years, but several repeat things made me sell them and keeps me away from buying one again. The necks on some of them are thick compared to other "shredder" style guitars, my older Horus' were better, but the newer ones were thick...

Sold Dimehead NAM Player - Shipping or NJ Local

Pretty sweet little piece of tech. Set yourself up with the basis of a nice little go board or back up rig. I already have a Quad Cortex, so this is a little redundant for me. I put it back to factory settings. $500 shipped through Paypal gift. If you want Paypal to send me a 1099-K next year...

    IRs Dos and Donts?

I use two IRs, one that sounds 90% there and a second one that's similar. I phase cancel the second one and dial it back anywhere from -0.1 to -0.9 db until I hear gross high end. Remove the phase cancel and now I have a great sound with the nasty high end phase cancelled out. If I'm forced to...

    Racks still rule

How's that Chorus hold up to other rack legends? I'm *very* tempted to buy that and just straight up rehouse it in a rack enclosure. :ROFLMAO:

    New Ibanez Genesis (Ibeenhadbois)

I'm aware. And the RG565 reissue is a RG565 body with an RG770R neck, non matching inlays and a rosewood board. It's as odd as the one I posted and it's not a reissue. It's just a weird model they cooked together.

    New Ibanez Genesis (Ibeenhadbois)

It feels really bizarre to not offer these with maple boards and with non-matching inlays. I found a leak about the RG565 reissue and I put money aside, ready to buy. I hated the RG465 and I was hoping to get a brand new RG565. I hate when rosewood gets dry and chalky feeling. Maybe one day...

    Man, John Sykes passed away.

One of the best to ever pick up a guitar. Man this crushes hard. I play Bad Boys almost every time I pick up a guitar. I'm going to make an effort to learn a lot of his catalog this year in tribute to him.

    Wife lost her knife…

For my wedding I bought a bunch of Benchmade knives personalized with their name on their own knife. I can't remember the model, but it had a nice wooden handle, super classy looking. I remember thinking someone's always trying to nab a nice knife, it's a lot harder to nab it if someone's name...

    NGD: 87 ESP Mirage - 48th Street

Love reading stories like this. Tons of artists going through 48th street wheelin' and dealin' guitars. I'd kill to get my hands on the graffiti ESP Mirage that the Queensryche dude played, but I think it's going for an insane price.. Here it is...

I've had the single ESP Arming adjuster before and loved it, but it was only 1 spring thing. I looked on Amazon and there's these dual spring stabilizers now, so I took a chance and I'm delightfully surprised. I always wanted one of those Ibanez backstops that Vai had in his JEMs.. But those...

    NGD: 87 ESP Mirage - 48th Street

I picked this up from a coworker a few months ago. It needed a lot of work and I finally finished it all up. He ordered this from 48th Street NYC and picked it up in 1987 - The year I was born. The neck profile wasn't as thin as he liked, so they took it upstairs, shaved the neck down...

    BEWARE OF SIMS CUSTOM GUITARS!

That guy trashed my 93 PRS CU24. I gave no pressure, no relentless messaging, I just let him do his thing. The guitar is refinished so poorly that I haven't touched it in months. Don't send that guy shit, he doesn't know what the fuck he's doing. Complete amateur hour. I'm contemplating sending...
