Some of these boutique pickup makers are charging $850 or higher for a pair of humbuckers. $375 for s single coil pickup. Just one. Pickups are maybe the most simple technology in guitars. It's just wire wrapped around some magnets. There is no magic. Who is buying this stuff?

Me thinks part of the magic on the Kraut is the distance from the bridge pickup from the bridge. That little extra space adds some girth to the bridge pickup tone

I have an all original 1982 Jcm800 and I wouldn't mod it. Too easy to add a pedal or two for more gain. You could always do that 2 gain stage Lynch mod thing as well. Modifying for an FX loop? You know how I know you are ...?

JM can pull some tail. Never doubted that but he throws a baseball like a bitch. And his sig guitars are ugly AF.

Most people are terrible. If I was asked, I’d spend 20 mins throwing a ball the weekend before, just to make sure I don’t make a fool of myself. I’d give JM about a 3/10
