I did this once before on an update but totally forgot. Does the update erase the presets I’ve made? If it does, how do I back them up and put them back after the update? Thank you.

Leo, can you make the software match the preset number to the number on the Columbus footswitch? The 0 is 1 thing gets confusing.

I just received my amp today and it was loaded with firmware 1.77. It only had 9 presets and I figured if I went and uploaded 1.71 per the support page, I would get all of the presets loaded. I did the update (actually was a backwards update 1.77 - 1.71). How can I get the newest firmware...
