    If I've never bonded with an el84 amp will I like a DS mini?

    I've had/tried el84 amps that I couldn't dial in a usable (to me) tone. I'm a hobbiest/home player, and I like an amp capable of deep tones and a decent amount of gain. I'll play through a 2x12 closed back with V30s.
