    Stereo/Mono 4x12 Layout

Do you have a schematic, or layout, for 3 jack input; 2 stereo (8 ohm) 1 mono (16 ohm) for a 4x12? Like a Mesa Boogie cab.

    Too many sections

Most of people post everything in the main section, because is what people read. I never navigate in the others, and suspect many others never do it. I never understand the need to have subsections for brands... anyway i think it not working so well.

    Music Man pickups?

I noticed the Luke III don't come with the signature DiMarzio Transitions, but with their pickups? (The Cutlass also have MM pickups) https://www.music-man.com/instruments/guitars/luke-III Maybe the partnership with DiMarzio already ended.

    DiMarzio humbuckers doubt

I have swapped pickups in the same EBMM silhouette special, and seem this pickup is not what it should be. Is the third time i put the Transition on the bridge; or is my pickup to be wrong, or it is bright, crunchy and feel like it need a 250 pot. Had the TZ before and it was all bass and mids...

    Mesa power valve colors meaning?

Ask for a friend... his Mark V had RED tubes and the tech installed a new set of GREYS (4 power tubes). Is this fine? Or he had to get RED tubes?

Mesa 4x12 OS - ohm reading

My friend bough this old Mesa cab, probably have 20 years. It look in good shape and sound good, but when i was cleaning and opening it, i measured the resistance. I read something like 30-32 ohm, with the cable plugged in the 8 ohm port. Is this normal? I checked the soldering joints, and all...

    Single coils suggestion - HSS - 250K

I want to change the single coils in my Music Man Silhouette Special, and change all the electronics too. Right now i have a Norton in the bridge, with the original 250k pot. It's not dark, and i like it. I need singles with a little more output for getting closer to the bridge output. Tone i...

Mesa Mark V - blown fuse and blue flash

We seen a blue flash, like a flame, coming from the back of the amp when engaging the standby. Fuse was blown, replaced it, again another blue flash when removing the standby. The new fuse not blown, and is 1,6A instead 2A. Then the tubes look normal, and the amp sound as usual :confused...

In my 4X12 i noticed the basket touch the wood of the baffle near the screws. Is this normal, or can have some bad effects? Right now i loose the screws, but it still look a bit bent. Suggestions?

    Phase 90 suggestion

What to buy? '74 reissue, script with led, EVH, DOD 201? For the classic Van Halen tone. I'll put it into a looper, so true bypass and led not matter.

Pickups for a EBMM Silhouette Special

I like the stock bridge pickup, but i need a bit more output and punch. The single coils are really meh. Is a bright guitar, so i need a suggestion for the air zone or air norton. Keep the 250k volume, or remake all the electronic with 500k pots?
