What did Cameron modded amps cost back in the day

I paid $1600 for a HG Jose in 2014. It has a 5 way rotary switch for different levels of gain (on the back). I previously had one of the first run CCV's and dig the modded one much more. So many amps have come and gone, but I still have the modded HG Jose.

    Marshall Silver Jubilee

I still have your 2554 combo and can confirm I can get this dialed in pretty close to my cameron. Analogman modded ge7 sounds great w the 2554 combo!

    Man, John Sykes passed away.

Jesus! I didn't see this one coming. One of my all time favorites. I was still hoping for him to put something together and get back out there. Man this is a complete gut punch... For some reason all I can think about is that slide intro to In the Still of the Night. Thank you for the incredible...

RIP Jack Russel of Great White

Been a fan since the 80's. Went to a couple of shows in the late 80's and early 90's, but it wasn't until me and the wife went to M3 around 2016 and caught Jack doing an acoustic preshow at a local bar the night before the actual M3 show. That was one of those 'what the fuck' moments. We knew...

When you’re not feeling an amp you once loved …

I wouldn't make any decision on selling/trading until you've retubed it. If one of my amps start sounding dull or non-inspiring, a retube usually solves the problem. Also, like others have mentioned having several amps to bounce back and forth is a must for me. If I get bored of a particular amp...

    Morris UK ‘78 experience

I'm still rock'n the Morris 69'/70'. It's still my go to amp. I'm tempted to try the UK 78' but I don't think it would be that different from the 69'/70'. Anybody try these 2 back to back?

    Morris UK68 Amplifier

I have the Morris 69'/70 Muscle. I can't say enough good things about this amp. Best master volume out there. Even at low volumes the amp sounds dynamic, raw, punchy and open. That's a big deal to me because most of my playing time is at home. Playing out w the band is on another level, but...

    WTB: Fortin TS808

I haven't tried the Fortin TS-9. I've tried a regular TS-9 and I have a Kelley modded TS-9. Both at best where meh... Hard to judge by the youtube vids between the Fortin TS-9 and TS808 as they are pushing amps that are already heavily distorted. Just by looks I favor the TS808 and yes I am that...
