    Most Overrated/Underrated Tone

    The rhythm tone on Something Wicked and the first Demons and Wizards album is a high mark for metal tone. Very punchy and unique sounding- I remember reading that he used Larry amps and really wanting one until I saw how goddamn expensive they are (with a 5 plus year lead time to boot).

    Cab simulator for live rig?

    You could use a POD Go in 4cm to send an IR to FOH while trimming down or eliminating a conventional pedalboard. Would offer a hell of a lot more utility than a standalone IR loader, and it's relatively inexpensive to boot.
