How do I contact Peter Diezel to purchase Ruby 12AX7AC5 HG+ 678 tubes for my VH4?

Can one/should one run a delay pedal in the channel 4 FX loop? I was trying out a TC Flashback. I am wondering if the signal is too hot in channel 4 and the pedal can't handle it? I am not getting the same wonderful delays in channel 4 that I am getting in channel 1 & 2. Is it the amp? Pedal...
