CAM B: Using Jack and XLR outputs at the same time?

Thanks for the response. I'm going set up a wired in-ear monitoring solution, either from the Jack or headphone output, whichever sounds better.

CAM B: Using Jack and XLR outputs at the same time?

I *think* I read in the Facebook group that it's totally possible. I suppose we should just try it! :)

CAM B: Using Jack and XLR outputs at the same time?

Hi - When I play with my band, I hear enough of THEM no matter what monitors and stage configurations we use. I also end up wearing earplugs because the volume creeps louder over the hours of playing. I get lost in the mix (and have come to understand that this is a somewhat universal feeling)...

TORPEDO CAB M+ - HISS BACKGROUND NOISE!!!

I didn't do a scientific study, but what I meant by my comment was this: it seemed to me that I was having hiss recently, but only with third-party IRs. I did not notice it with 2 Notes DynIRs. My 3 Sigma acoustic IRs seemed to have hiss as I boosted their microphone levels. Then a firmware...

Piezo pickups + electric guitar + acoustic IRs + Cab M

I think it's just a matter of finding the right settings. Sometimes it sounds thin and agressive, and it seems to vary immensely with the sound system (PA, powered speaker, home stereo...). I've been experimenting with different combinations, and may be close to good sound for now: It's too...

Piezo pickups + electric guitar + acoustic IRs + Cab M

Hi - This might be a specialty request, but someone might have the solution, you never know. In short, I have Fishman Piezo Power Bridges in my electric guitars (with stereo jack output). I bought acoustic impulse responses from 3 Sigma. I know they are good, but I just can't dial in a great...

Recommended cab M preset for Fender Acoustasonic?

That's probably the best option, since the Acoustasonic has its own built-in emulations. I'm getting pretty good results with a Piezo in my Tele, a FlyRig Acoustic pre-amp, and 3 Sigma IRs in my CabM+ to add some of the sound Fender probably gives you already. With some Enhancer and Reverb. I...

Anybody using Kingsley preamps with cab m?

I use two Kingsleys into my Cab M. I use a Maiden D for clean tube tone. It's so incredible that it has really made me love playing clean. I like the Two-Notes Colorado cab, or the Twil 15, but there are tons of great options. I figure a great clean tone can be overdriven, but I don't overdrive...

    Basic CAB M Pedalboard Question

I just run everything before the Cab M, as you are thinking, including Chorus and Delay. Seems to work absolutely fine, just like it would with your amp. I do that partly so I can use the XLR cable out of the Cab M and into my amplified speaker, PA, and sound card.

Torpedo CAB M, any MIDI workaround?

I too can switch by twisting a knob! I love the Cab M+ and nothing will change that. To be clear, I was not talking about controlling the mobile app with a pedal. I was talking about an embedded app in a pedal that would just control the Cab M directly, nothing to do with the mobile app -- which...

Torpedo CAB M, any MIDI workaround?

Hi - Of course, I understand that and wasn't referring to MIDI at all. I'm talking about sending commands via Bluetooth: that is, if the Android app can control the Cab M via Bluetooth, then a firmware application in a pedal could send the same commands. Up/down, tuner on. Along with a basic...

Torpedo CAB M, any MIDI workaround?

And while we're at it, also controllable from a simple Bluetooth-connected pedal: a button to activate the tuner! Product specs: - Bluetooth - Up/down button(s) - Tuner on/off button (activating mute) - Smallest realistic footprint - Standard 9V power plug (center negative) - On/off switch So...

Torpedo CAB M, any MIDI workaround?

Your idea is brilliant. A Bluetooth pedal to be able to switch presets, simply up and down one at a time. Nothing complex. I keep my 2 main presets right next to each other, but that would be a great way to keep from having to bend down during a show!! Concerning Bluetooth: it can only support...

Mobile application mic/cabinet selection [hidden feature?]

[Spoiler: swipe the screen to the left] As you know, microphone selection, placement, and axis on the Cab M are all essential parts of the final sound. I've been using the mobile app on Android exclusively for this, as it is not very practical to plug my PC + USB cable where I play. I have...

Using new 2 mics feature with older Cabs on Two-Notes store?

Hi - I was looking at cabs on the store and really like the idea of an old blackface amp, but when I load the sample in Torpedo Remote (v 5), it only has one mic. Can you use the new "2 mics" feature on a Cab M with older cab simulations available in the store? Or does that even make sense in...
