I have been playing with a lot of the T-Racks stuff lately, and a lot of it sounds great on guitar. I have been using the Triad Chorus, Sunset Reverb, Delay Lab, the Echoplex stuff, etc...
Last night I was using some of the EQs with the preamp button as a boost for ToneX, and was getting some...
Yeah, because what is happening, is you are taking a tone model and then editing it, and saving a preset. Then when you try to move it to the pedal and edit it, you have an alternate version of the preset. If you try to move it from the pedal back to the ToneX preset list, now you get another...
If you are using it as your interface, then I would only use the editor to put it in interface mode, and then forget it is a pedal. Only use it as an interface for the ToneX app. Figure out tone models vs presets, and user folders before thinking about putting the sounds on the pedal.
Generally when I see issues like this it is because people are switching back and forth between the ToneX application and the ToneX pedal without understanding the relationship between them. I would recommend throwing the pedal in a drawer and not messing with it until you understand the ToneX...
It just didn't download the images for the models. You need to have it install the images for the amps. You might try to reinstall ToneX and see if that helps. At some point when you start the program it should you to download the GUI skins.
Don't you play a lot of older rack gear? That stuff is far worse than this. I spent like 20 minutes the other night clicking through buttons with a tiny LCD display trying to figure out how to get my MPX-1 to ping pong a delay.
I am wondering if it is related to the strength of people's internet connections, or if they have firewalls and such that is blocking things. I have strong internet and I have never had any of the issues mentioned here. I even moved mine across 3 computers and never had these issues.
Probably not if you are already happy with the Kemper.
I would say the main reason for you would be to get into a capturing system that is more accurate and can totally run in the box without needing external gear. If you wished you could just use the Kemper as a plugin without needing the...
That sounds like a Logic problem, not an Amplitube problem. I would try Reaper and see if you have that issue. I have never tried Logic, and dont like Macs in general, as they always seem to have weird issues PCs dont have.
You also might try to click the "Restore Purchases" button on the...
Yeah, the collections always show up under the main product.
Usually after I install something new ToneX will pop up a box that says something like "There are new GUI skins available. Would you like to download in the background"? and then it will download the images needed. Yours should do...
Yeah, definitely. I could easily play MOP downpicked, even faster than the album when I was younger. These days I alternate pick it and I am fine with that, lol.
I think part of that though is also playing slower stuff in general most of the time vs. always being on 10.
There is not really an input level issue, the issue is that many people are dumb and dont understand how to set the volumes on their gear.
Turn up your interface until just under red clipping, and then turn the input level of the ToneX software up until just under red. That is the same process...
You don't have to import into Amplitube. Any Tone Models that are in your ToneX library are automatically in your library in ToneX within Amplitube.
HOWEVER, one really dumb thing that I hate about the system, is you cannot use a ToneX preset inside of ToneX inside of Amplitube. Your base tone...
That is probably preset_name.txp, which is a ToneX Preset file. If someone drags that into their preset list it will add that preset to their preset list.
It is probably RigTalk that is not letting you attach it. You probably need to put it in a Zip File to make RigTalk let you attach it to a post.
