Rain was coming down at a 45° angle in opposing directions simultaneously..

Ya don't see that very often.

Heavy winds accompanied. An inch of rain in the span of 20 minutes is pretty intense.

reminds me of a boss I had when I worked at a NYS casino. He was a transplant from Vegas and would take videos of the rain to send back home. The only time he worked late was to avoid driving in it lol
