1979 Marshall JMP 2203 / ‘Blue’ circuit board?! ?

This must be a real rare one, I have never seen a circuit board like this… With what looked to be all original parts on it?

Does anybody have any information on these? Why did they use this blue board for just a short time in 1979?

I had one from 78 with a blue board. At first I thought I had a rare Bogner rebuild! But, no they actually used them from time to time. ?

Man, 4+K for that? Just build one or get one built for half that or less. Once you crank it, differences will be less noticeable and it will probably be tighter because the caps are new.

The 79 JMP i got from braintheory on here has a blue board. It actually smokes my buddies 4 JCM 800s ( 2203s ) and 78 JMP he has.
