The same millionaires and woke morons that implore everyone else ride the subway/bus while they drive around in their BMWs/Teslas...... or that everyone else suffer a lower standard of living so they could enjoy theirs......

Its all about expenses.
Dont complain about the rent.

Ask the landlords how much their insurance went up. How much the city and state raised their taxes and water.
Price of gas and oil for heat.

Price of repairs

Ask them about the 311 violations from disgruntled tenants, or and the city fines for an empty coke can on the curb.

Ask them how long and how much it takes to evict a dead beat tenant and how much rents they lost

Their profit isn't what you think it is.

This is a democratic runned city and state in a nutshell
