On the acoustic I purchased it didn't work either, but when the chat came up, I was like "you've got this big 20% off coupon on your homepage that doesn't even work." And, he replied with a code that would. So, they'll do it on almost anything I figure.

Yep. They'll do this pretty much any time. At least up to 15% off. All you have to do is ask through phone or chat and you'll get them to come down.
