2017 BE-100 Clean Channel Question

This is so dumb to ask because I know the answer but...regarding my month old BE-100, my clean channel volume should not be determined by my treble setting correct? Say clean volume is set to 2 and treble at 5, once I begin turning up my treble past 5 the main volume drops in correlation as the treble increases, until treble is at 10 and volume sounds as if it's on 0. Then there is absolutely no volume coming out whatsoever. Strangest damn thing i've ever encountered. It does not do this on my BE or HBE settings, only on the clean. Thanks for any help in advance.

That's definitely not right.

I've never experience that! I had the clean channel Converted from BE100 to SS100 (which I love) the "Only" thing the Treble changes from 0-10 is the tone. You should email Dave, he'll advise you best.
